Highlands and Islands Association of Celtic Gatherings, Inc. is a volunteer operated, non-profit 501(C)(3) charitable organization. The Celtic Heritage & Music Festival is made possible through the generosity of our local citizens, businesses, organizations and civic institutions.

The purpose of the Association, Games and Festival is to promote Celtic Heritage.
